Please browse our website for answers to your questions about chiropractic, diet and nutrition, weight loss, detoxification and other services. It would be our pleasure to have you as a new patient. We only accept patients that we truly feel we can help. We will not waste your time or your money.

What To Expect

Your first visit at Central Health & Wellness will last from 45 minutes to one hour. The purpose of the visit is to determine if chiropractic care can give you the results that you want.

 
Health History Form

After you meet our friendly staff, we will ask you to complete a health history form. The details of your past and present health status are very important and greatly assist the doctor in designing the best possible treatment plan for you.
 
Educational Video

Once your paperwork is complete, we will show you a brief educational video, which will answer many questions people have regarding their first visit to a chiropractor. This video will explain what chiropractic is and how it works. This important information will enable you to make the best healthcare choices for yourself and other important people in your life.
 
One-on-one Consultation

Next, you will have a one-on-one consultation with the doctor. We begin with reviewing your health history form and you may be asked for more additional details. Following, you will receive a thorough chiropractic, orthopedic, neurological and physical examination and upon the results of the examination, we will determine if any other tests are needed, such as x-rays, MRI, or possibly a consultation with another health professional.
 
Chiropractic Care Program

At the end of the consultation, your doctor will be able to determine if chiropractic care can help you achieve the results you want. If the answer is yes, we will schedule a second visit, usually within 1 to 2 days. In addition, we will give you more information about Chiropractic Care Program that may include specific spinal adjustments, exercise recommendations, nutritional consultation, or other proven methods of care based on your health history, age, current condition, and lifestyle. If additional tests need to be performed, the second visit will be scheduled 1-2 days after completion.
 
2nd Visit & Report of Findings

On this second visit, your doctor will give you a detailed report of his findings. In this report, he will show you what is wrong, what it will take to correct the problem, and how long it will take. We will never begin care until we have your full agreement with the recommended treatment since your cooperation and participation are essential to the success of your care.
